• Identity: name, surnames, date of birth, nationality.
• Document: passport or national ID (number and expiry date).
• Contact: email, phone.
• Payment: last 4 card digits or Orange Money / Wave reference (we never store the full number).
• Browsing: technical and analytics cookies (see cookie policy).

• Process your booking and issue the boarding pass.
• Comply with legal obligations to the civil aviation authority (ANAC·GW) and customs.
• Operational flight communications (reminders, changes, cancellations).
• Customer service and incident management.
• Newsletter (only if you explicitly subscribed).

Processing is based on performance of the transport contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b), applicable legal obligations (art. 6.1.c) and explicit consent for commercial communications (art. 6.1.a).

We keep your data for the duration of the commercial relationship and, after the last flight, for the periods required by tax and aviation law (minimum 6 years for invoicing).

We share data only with: (a) aviation and customs authorities, (b) our payment providers (Orange Money, Wave, Stripe), (c) transactional email senders, all bound by confidentiality agreements. We never sell your data.

You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days maximum.

Some of our providers are based outside Guinea-Bissau. Transfers are made with standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or to countries with an adequate level of protection.

We store your data on encrypted servers with access restricted to authorised staff. We use TLS 1.3 for all communications and two-factor authentication for the back office.
